He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Praha. In 1984 he became a criminal judge of the District Court in Plzeň, later on of the Regional Court in Plzeň; he was appointed as its Vice-President in the spring of 1990.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. Between 2003 and 2009, she worked as an assistant of the Supreme Administrative Court's judge, then she was appointed as a judge of the Metropolitan Court in Prague.

He was the head of the European Integration Department at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic from 2000 until 2003 when he was appointed as Deputy Minister of Justice.

He graduated from the Masaryk University Faculty of Law with a Master's degree (2001) and a PhD (2014). He worked as a lawyer at the office of the Public Defender of Rights from 2004 to 2008. After that, he was an assistant judge of the Supreme Administrative Court and a member of the analytical department of the Constitutional Court.

She studied law and philosophy at Masaryk University in Brno. From 2006 to 2010 she worked as an assistant judge of the Supreme Administrative Court.

Holds degrees from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics and Administration, Masaryk University, Brno. During her studies, she practiced in the private sector specializing in taxation.

In 2012, he earned a JUDr. degree from Masaryk University in Brno for his monograph on The Czechoslovak Constitutional Court And Its Fate Between 1920-1948.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, Brno (currently, Masaryk University). He practised at the legal department of the Municipal Institute of National Health in Brno from 1982 to 1990.

After obtaining a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, Brno (currently, Masaryk University), she was practising as an expert officer at the Regional Tax Administration from 1983 to 1995.

In the course of his studies and after graduating the University, he worked as a legal consultant of the Office of the President of the Republic where he prepared legal grounds related to execution of powers of the President of the Czech Republic provided under the Constitution of the Czech Republic.

At Masaryk University in Brno, he acquired a law degree at the Faculty of Law and completed political sciences at the Faculty of Social Studies. In the academic year 2009/2010 he also passed a one-year study programme at the Universidade Católica in Lisbon.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University. He worked at the Ombudsman’s office. Moreover, he was an assistant of the Constitutional Court’s vice-president between 2002 and 2008.

He completed a law degree at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, Brno, a Master of Law degree (LL.M.) at Faculty of Law TU Dresden and a bachelor degree at Protestant Theological Faculty, Charles University, Praha.

Born in 1969, Tomas Rychly studied at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his studies and after graduation he worked shortly as a journalist. Since 1997, he worked as a trainee, and since 2000 as an attorney in international law firms (Allen & Overy, Cliffor Chance) and in a Czech law firm (Vyskocil, Kroslak & spol.).

She obtained a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, Brno (nowadays Masaryk University) where she was active as an expert assistant at the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Science from 1990 to 1993, and again since 2001.

He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, Brno (currently, Masaryk University) where he has been teaching constitutional law since 1992. In 1995 he completed his postgraduate study there and in 2001 he became an associate professor.

He obtained degrees in law and political science from the universities in Plzeň, Praha and Passau. After graduating from the Faculty of Law in 1998 he became a judicial trainee and in 2001 he was appointed as a judge.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. Between 2003 and 2014, she worked as a judge´s assistant at the Supreme Administrative Court. During her practice, she participated in several publications containing a selection of case law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Palacký University, Olomouc. She was appointed as a judge in 2003 and until 2005 she served at the District Court in Rokycany and was at the same time temporarily assigned to administrative section of the Regional Court in Plzeň.

She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, Brno. Since 1993 she worked as a judicial trainee at the Regional Commercial Court in Brno. She was subsequently appointed as its judge in 1996.
