Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court since 2018

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. From the year 2003, he was a PhD candidate and later an external lecturer at Constitutional Law Department. Between the years 2005 and 2010, he worked as an assistant to a judge at the Supreme Administrative Court and as a member of the Research and Documentation Service of the Court. He was appointed as a judge to the District Court in Beroun in 2010. From 2012, he was a judge of the administrative section of the Regional Court in Prague (he became a president of a bench in 2013). He was temporarily assigned to the Supreme Administrative Court in 2015. He became a permanent judge of the Supreme Administrative Court in September 2018. Besides, he was a member of an advisory group of the Ministry of Justice for e-Justice and he still works as an assistant professor of the Administrative Law Department at the Faculty of Law, University of West Bohemia. As regards to his publication activity, he focuses in particular on issues of Administrative and Constitutional Law.
