He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, Brno where in 2005 he completed his postgraduate study as well. From 2003 to 2007 he worked as a legal assistant at the Supreme Administrative Court. In 2007 he was appointed as judge and assigned to the Regional Court in Brno at its administrative law section, from 2011 he acted as Vice-President of this section. In 2014 he was temporarily assigned to the Supreme Administrative Court and lately that year he became one of its permanent judges. He also lectures and publishes mainly in the field of administrative and financial law.
