She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Palacký University, Olomouc. She was appointed as a judge in 2003 and until 2005 she served at the District Court in Rokycany and was at the same time temporarily assigned to administrative section of the Regional Court in Plzeň. In 2005 she was assigned to the Regional Court in Plzeň. From October 2005 till March 2006 she was temporarily assigned to the Supreme Administrative Court and became one of its permanent judges in 2007.
