He completed a law degree at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, Brno, a Master of Law degree (LL.M.) at Faculty of Law TU Dresden and a bachelor degree at Protestant Theological Faculty, Charles University, Praha. Between years 2002 and 2006 he worked first as an articled clerk at law office and then as an articled clerk at office of a distrainer. From 2006 to 2010 he worked at the Supreme Administrative Court as an assistant of the judge and later as the Head of the Research and Documentation Service. From 2010 he worked as an attorney-at-law. He was appointed a judge of the Supreme Administrative Court in February 2013.
