JUDr. Milada Tomková
(* 1959)

She completed a law degree at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Praha. From 1987 till 2003 she served at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, from 1992 as the head of the Legislative Department where she was in charge of the legislation in the field of social policy, and especially social security. From 1998 till 2003 she was a member of the Government Legislative Council. When the reform of administrative justice was prepared, she drafted amendments of the related legislation in the field of social protection (social security and employment). She was appointed as a judge in 2003 and at the same time assigned to the Supreme Administrative Court.
